- Profile data: running experience, race goals, pace, and training preferences.
- Training data: workout logs, check-ins, perceived effort, sleep, and nutrition data you record.
- Community content: stories, comments, and messages you share on the platform.
We also automatically collect:
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with your training plan.
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and screen size.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate and adapt your personalized training plans.
- Provide AI-powered coaching insights and workout explanations.
- Enable community features (stories, follows, comments, messaging).
- Improve our algorithms and platform experience.
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Supabase: our database and authentication provider.
- Anthropic: anonymized training data is sent to generate AI coaching insights. No personally identifiable information is included in AI prompts.
- Vercel: our hosting provider, which processes web requests.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row Level Security on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. Your password is never stored in plain text.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data through your account settings.
- Correct inaccurate data by updating your profile.
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Export your training data in standard formats.
