By accessing or using KStride, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

KStride provides personalized running training plans, AI-powered coaching insights, pace calculators, race planning tools, and community features. The service is provided “as is” and is intended for informational and training purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

KStride is not a medical service. Training plans and coaching insights are generated algorithmically and should not replace professional medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. You assume all risk associated with your training activities.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use KStride.
  • One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Share content that is illegal, hateful, or violates others' rights.
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse platform APIs.
  • Create automated accounts or use bots to access the service.
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

6. Community Content

You retain ownership of content you create (stories, comments, messages). By posting, you grant KStride a non-exclusive license to display your content within the platform. You can delete your content at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The KStride platform, including its design, algorithms, and content, is owned by KStride. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings page.

9. Limitation of Liability

KStride is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on training plans and coaching advice generated by the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KStride after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
